Meals of the day
I haven’t been very good with posting my meals on the blog. Most of that is lack of time, but if you follow me on Instagram you can see what I have been eating.
Yesterday lunch was a quick sandwich with a mashed avocado, Laughing Cow Cheese, spinach and shredded beets. Vey nutritious and I felt full most of the afternoon.
This week has been very good work wise, I got a lot done but I still feel behind schedule all day. I also got very distracted, so I must focus better. Also my weekly to do list is still pretty long so I need to be faster!!!
I spent all day yesterday on my computer working and only got up for lunch and then to go to the gym. Weekly workout post coming up tomorrow.

I wish you a wonderful friday!!! I’m off to sketch, dentist appnt and maybe organize all my email. Then I’m planning on going to the gym and it’s homemade pizza for dinner. And a book to end the day. What are your plans for today?
